En forma coloquial diríamos que es el grado de calor o frio medido en una escala.

TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE: Temperatura que prevalece debido al clima (20°C SIU).
TEMPERATURA DE ALMACENAMIENTO: Temperatura en la que se espera almacenar el instrumento sin que sufra.
TEMPERATURA DE SERVICIO: Campo de temperatura en las cuales se espera trabaje el instrumento dentro de los limites de error por.

Este tipo de termómetro está basado en el principio de que el coeficiente de expansión térmica es diferente en dos metales, por lo que si unimos dos láminas de diferente metal, al someterse a una temperatura diferente a la de fabricación estas tendrán una deflexión proporcional al cambio en temperatura, curveándose y con ello un efecto mecánico que se puede transmitir a una escala.

Es el elemento resistivo con propiedades de coeficiente de temperatura-resistencia negativo, es decir, al incrementarse la temperatura, la resistencia disminuye.

TERMOPAR
Es el elemento formado por la unión de dos metales diferentes, los cuales presentan una fuerza electromotriz al encontrarse en presencia de una temperatura, ya que sus uniones se mantienen a distintas temperaturas estableciendo con los metales la unión de medida (caliente) y la unión de referencia (fría).

Son aquellos elementos conductores que tienen la característica de cambiar su resistencia en función de la variación de temperatura . El cambio de resistencia en ohms por cada grado está determinado por el coeficiente de temperatura de resistencia del material del elemento.

1. Cable las décadas de resistencia al transmisor Modelo 3144P.
2. Conecte la alimentación, miliamperímetro, y Comunicador HART
3. Verifique la configuración del sensor (1, 4, 1, 1, 3, 1 & 2)
4. Verificar el mapeo de variable (1, 1, 8)
5. Habilitar el Hot backup (1, 4, 1, 1, 3, 3)
6. Apague el Comunicador
7. Remueva un cable de la conexión del sensor 1.
8. Encienda el Comunicador. Que mensaje despliega ?
9. Note PV, PV, OA, y lectura del miliamperímetro.
10. Re conecte el sensor 1, Note PV, PV AO y lectura del mliampérmetro.
11. La entrada del servicio del sensor 1. salida del transmisor cambio con el sensor 1 ?
12. Re inicie el transmisor (1, 2, 1, 3).
