ABOUT ONLINE SCHOLARSHIP CHINESE LANGUAGE PROGRAM
In order to cope with the impact of COVID-19, Fudan University offers online Chinese language program
sponsored by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation under the Ministry of Education in China.
This online program offered by ICES is tailored for our international students to learn Chinese from
anywhere at any time all over the world. The COVID-19 pandemic will not hinder us to meet in the same
classroom online despite time and space. The geographic distance should not be the obstacle for us to
explore the fun of learning Chinese language and culture.

ONLINE CHINESE LANGUAGE PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Curriculum: all comprehensive courses covering 10 different language levels (from ground-zero to
advanced).
Online Platform: online courses will be available on MOOC platform Fudan eLarning and Chaoxing, etc.
Online real-time interaction with teachers through Zoom, Wechat, etc.
Textbooks: 10 LEVEL CHINESE (by BLCUP, compiled by ICES teachers). Digital version can be purchased
through contact with the publishing house (details please wait for further notice)
Course Time: morning and afternoon time slot will be arranged for students in different time zone (specific
class timetable for further notice).
Study Certificate: students admitted to this program will be officially registered as Fudan university student
and will receive grade report and study certificate same as offline programs.

Application Requirements:
1. Non-Chinese citizens overseas
2. In good physical and mental conditions, and with good academic performance and conduct;
3. with strong interest in learning Chinese, applicants committed to the Chinese language education and
related work are preferred;
4. Between the ages of 18 and 45.
Scholarship categories and qualifications:

Scholarship coverage:
Tuition fee for all the online courses and cultural related activities & exchanges (upon final arrangements)

How to Apply:
1. Register and log in for the Scholarship application system: http://cis.chinese.cn/account/login
2. Fill in the application form online. As for the scholarship category, please select one semester (study
online) and one year (study online). As for the duration of study, for one semester program, please select
February of 2021 to July of 2021; for one-year program, please select December of 2020 to August of 2021.
As for the first choice, please select 复旦大学.
3. Click submit after uploading all the application documents (including passport, photo, study certificate
or graduation certificate, HSK/HSKK).

关于网上汉语奖学金项目
为应对新冠疫情造成的影响，我校在教育部中外语言交流合作中心的支持下开设国际中文教师奖
学金线上授课项目。国际文化交流学院为国际学生全新打造 2020 年网上汉语进修项目，以满足更多
国际学生在世界各地学习汉语的需求。山川异域，不能阻隔我们在世界不同时区、不同地点相约在同
一课堂，体验与线下教学同样精彩的汉语课程。
国际文化交流学院 ICES
复旦大学创建于 1905 年，是中国顶尖的综合性大学之一，QS 世界大学综合位列第 38 位，THE 泰
晤士高等教育排名世界第 70 位。复旦大学国际文化交流学院(ICES)是复旦大学对国际学生进行中国
语言文化教学的专门机构，学院师资力量雄厚，是全国首批四个对外汉语基地之一。每年有来自世界
100多个国家的超过 3000 人次留学生来院学习交流，被誉为“小小联合国”。加入 ICES,留学生不仅可

网上汉语进修项目简介
课程体系：包括 10个层次（从零起点到高级水平）。
授课方式：在线课程采用复旦大学 eLearning、超星 MOOC 平台等。在线实时教学互动采用 Zoom，
微信等网络平台。
选用教材：《拾级汉语》（北京语言大学出版社出版，复旦大学国际文化交流学院教师编写）。
学生可向出版社购买电子教材。（购买方式待后续通知）。
上课时间：将尽量照顾到不同学生所在时区的差异，分别安排北京时间上午/下午不同时间段上课
（具体课表待后续通知）。
结业证明：本项目录取的学生为复旦大学正式注册的学生，将获得与线下课程相同的正规成绩单
和结业证书。

如何申请：
1. 登录国际中文教师奖学金申请网站并注册账号：http://cis.chinese.cn/account/login
2. 填写申请表，奖学金类别请选择一学期研修生（线上授课）或一学年研修生（线上授课），并选择
学习时间（一学期为 2021 年 2 月至 2021 年 7 月；一学年为 2020 年 12 月至 2021 年 8 月）和接
收院校（复旦大学）。
3. 填写并上传全部申请材料（护照首页扫描件，证件照，在学证明书或毕业证书扫描件，HSK/HSKK
证书扫描件）后点击“提交”按钮。
4. 返回查看申请信息，并关注申请进度。
