A list of ingredients will be emailed to you after reg-istering. This will allow you time to purchase what you will need to prepare these delicious Italian meals!• Session I: Pasta alla Scarpariello, a traditional Neapolitan

pasta with an interesting history, easy sauce and two cheeses; Eggplant Pullastiello, fried egpplant “sandwich-es” filled with mozzarella; and little Neapolitan cookies made with almonds and pistachios.
