FAMS is a complete fuel and lube management system. The FAMS solution incorporates various functions such as Automatic tank level management, fluid (fuel and lube) dispensing management and a data management platform with reporting services. FAMS offers a cost-effective above ground Self Bunded Tank with open bund area, manufactured in South Africa. The tank can be modified according to client specifications. Tank capacities available in Horizontal Tank in Steel Bund Wall: FLAT ENDS: 4 500 L; 9 000 L; 14 000 L (Slimline); 23 000 L. Horizontal Tank in Steel Bund Wall: DOME ENDS: 23 000 L.

The Kingspan TruckMaster range is lightweight, strong, mobile and specially designed for the safe hauling of diesel. TruckMaster offers agricultural, construction and forestry market segments the convenience of refueling remotely on-site. Available in 4 sizes from 200-900 liters, the TruckMaster is constructed from high quality polyethylene and is designed to deliver resistance to structural damage, changing weather conditions and UV radiation. It correspondingly provides a range of dispensing equipment options for virtually every client. It’s footprint has been specifically designed to fit between the wheel arches of most bakkie units.

ADR Approved

The 430 and 900 liter TruckMaster meets the requirements of the European Agreement (ADR) for the international Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road. MECHANICAL FLOW METERS K33 - K44

The K33 and K44 mechanical diesel flow meters have been designed for precise measurement of the quantity of fuels dispensed for non-commercial use. Easy to calibrate and install, the K33 and K44 flow meters can monitor the quantity dispensed for a maximum flow rate of 20-120 l/min and with a maximum working pressure of the pump of 10 bar. In addition, they can guarantee a burst pressure of 30 bar with a metering accuracy of +/- 1%.

The K33 and K44 mechanical flow meter for diesel is easy to calibrate at the place of installation and is suitable for installation on pumps or service stations for diesel, for those who want to keep the amount of dispensed fluid monitored without special needs for storage.

K33 and K44 are reliable and economic mechanical flow meters that can also be used by gravity, thanks to the low resistance to flow.

PIUSI CUBE

CUBE 56-70-90 is a diesel dispenser for non-commercial use that allows you to manage the transfer, dispensing and monitoring of fuel.

The characteristic of this diesel dispenser is that it can be adapted to different applications. In fact, it is possible to apply CUBE 56-70-90 on tanks, on the wall, on cisterns, on drums or on its special pedestal. CUBE 56-70-90 is suitable for different sectors: from the agricultural sector, the diesel transfer pump station can also be used in the logistics, automotive, construction and industrial sectors.

FAMS PIUSI SELF SERVICE K44

Self Service K44 is a diesel dispenser that meets the requirements of private operators who are looking for a diesel dispenser to refuel faster and faster, able to keep the amount of dispensed fuel monitored, thanks to the volumetric flow meter with oscillating disc and mechanical readout.

The absorption filter guarantees the quality of the fluid dispensed, eliminating the water present, which is harmful to new generation diesel engines. The strong design of the structure makes the Self Service K44 diesel dispenser ergonomic, functional and long lasting. The structure houses the nozzle holder with the start and stop switch, and the hinged front door makes maintenance of the components easy. The SELF SERVICE K44 models are equipped with a high precision mechanical flow meter, easily calibrated by the user. The SELF SERVICE K44 PULSER models include, instead, an electronic pulse emitter (10 litre pulses, single channel) in the flow meter, ideal for connection to external management systems.
