Application & Evaluation Criteria
Application Requirements
• Having completed at least one semester
• CGPA ≥ 2.20 (undergraduate)
• CGPA ≥ 3.00 (graduate students - must submit academic advisors
approval)
• min. ERASMUS LANGUAGE EXAM (ELE) Score: 60/100 points
Qualification to go:
• Having completed freshman year (60 ECTS)
• Must have left 30 ECTS upon graduation
Ranking will be based on CGPA 50% + Language Score 50%
Erasmus+ Study Mobility
Additional Criteria
-10 points: Previous participation or withdrawing from the
program after submitting the commitment form
-10 points: Participation to the program in the country of citizenship.
+10 points: Disabled Identity Card holders.
+15 points: Veterans/Martyrs ID Card holders.
Calculation will be made on the overall Erasmus Score
(ELE+CGPA)

Erasmus+ Application
Application Steps:
1. Apply to Erasmus+ online (intexchange.ozyegin.edu.tr) and select institutions.
Online Application Period: 29 January – 12 February 2018, 16:00
2. Take the ELE - 17 February 2018, Saturday – 09:00
ELE scores are valid for 2 years. Results will be announced early March.
3. Ranking & placement results will be announced approximately mid March.
4. Submit your 2nd language proficiency report, if applicable – 23 March 2018
(for students who will study in a language other than English)
5. Submit your Commitment Form by March 23rd.

Receiving the acceptance letter
Student visa, residence permit, health insurance, travel &
accommodation arrangements etc.
Submitting necessary documents and keeping track of deadlines
Second Round Placement
Students, who are not placed during the 1st evaluation period, will be
considered for the remaining quotas.
Students, who are placed during the 1st evaluation period, will not
apply for the Second Round Placement. You can not change the
institution you are placed.
Second Round Placement will be completed in Summer 2018.

Present an acceptance/invitation letter from the company by
submitting to the KION system to complete your application by the
following deadline: 30 March 2018, Friday.
Evaluation results will be announced approximately late April.

Mandatory Internship and
Erasmus+ Traineeship
Erasmus+ traineeship can be counted towards the mandatory internship
only if the prerequisites meet.
You must consult to your Faculty for approval.
Additional Notes
Erasmus+ grants: You may be eligible for additional grants from the enterprise or other
sources.
Combining studying and training in a single mobility:
3 -12 months
Erasmus+ grant available only for the study mobility
UK placements: Visa application procedure is exhaustive.
CoS & Tier 5 Visa Application: Students must receive a Certificate of Sponsorship number
before they apply for their Tier 5 visa - which may take up to 8 weeks.
