Terms and Conditions for IoT Challenge1. The 2016 SAP & Zebra Zatar IoT Apps Challenge is open to new and existing partners with qualified development staff – ISV, SI, VAR, OEM, etc.
2. To qualify for consideration as a Winner participants must be a member of the SAP PartnerEdge program for Application Development, and the Zebra PartnerFirst program, and must submit apps for evaluation by the Jury, by May 1, 2016.
3. To qualify for consideration as a Winner, Challenge entries must showcase the power of SAP HANA Cloud Platform used to develop one or more applications that integrate with Zebra Zatar.
4. To qualify for GTM support, participants must join the SAP PartnerEdge program for Application Development and the Zebra PartnerFirst program, and submit apps for certification and SAP Store publication, by April 15, 2016.
5. Applications published on the SAP Store between November 4, 2015 and May 1, 2016 will be eligible to participate.
6. To qualify for consideration as a Winner, applications must complete the SAP listing approval process, including “Certification” if required, dependent upon the SAP technology platform used, and be live on the SAP Store by May 1, 2016. Listing approval for SAP Store publication can be initiated during the entire period of the Challenge for all SAP Store ready apps. Apps must be fully documented including all SAP Store deliverables and an offline demo and video, which are essential for Winner identification.
7. Participants can submit single or multiple applications.
8. Applications submitted to previous or current SAP Challenges are excluded from participation. The “SAP HANA Accelerator” is not regarded as a challenge.
9. Winner selection will take place by a Jury of Experts from SAP and Zebra Technologies.
10. Winners will be informed by email.
11. Winners will need to pay for own travel and tickets to award events.
12. The Jury's decision is final and redress through the courts is excluded. German law applies.
13. Compliance to taxation and any other laws or regulation is the responsibility of the participating partners.
14. SAP units and SAP employees are excluded from participation.
15. Zebra units and Zebra employees are excluded from participation.
