PROVIDE website has been set up in the beginning of the project and it will be developed during the project's lifetime, containing material generated by the project, including scientific outputs, results of the workshops, popular dissemination material and related social media outputs.

Links from the website will be set up with local/regional stakeholders that attended the workshops to share the co-constructed resource as it is built.

The Coordinator is responsible for the management of the website and it will be updated at regular intervals

based upon the material and information provided by Project partners through the WP activities.

PROVIDE Website consists in particular of the following sections for external communication purposes:

- ABOUT a general presentation of the Project, with pictures and introductory video. Contacts of the

coordinator, H2020 and UE logos, and links to social will be also present.

- PROJECT: containing the PROVIDE concept and structure, WPs description e related documents.

- PARTNERS: a description of each partner will be provided (Team members and institution).

- CASE STUDY : a map of EU where case study regions and hotspots highlighted.

- NEWS, RESOURCES AND CONTACTS

The web site will store documents that are deemed to be of general utility, deliverable marked as “PU” and

communication materials that will not present any pending IPR issue.

Besides that, the website consists of three restricted sections, password-accessible:

1- PARTNERS SECTION: accessible only to project partners (containing project documents and

deliverables) All Partners will be able to upload and download materials in this section.

2- EU STAKEHOLDERS SECTION: accessible only to EU stakeholders (containing all deliverables - “PU”

and those targeted to EU stakeholders specifically- as well as documents deemed to be of interest

for this type of stakeholders and that will not present any pending IPR issue).

The Coordinator will be the only partner entitled to upload documents in this section.

3- LOCAL STAKEHOLDERS SECTION: accessible only to local stakeholders included in one of the

Stakeholder groups (CS-SP, NEES, SEN) and that will have signed a non-disclosure agreement

(containing all deliverables - “PU” and those targeted to local stakeholders specifically - as well as

documents deemed to be of interest for this type of stakeholders and that will not present any

pending IPR issue). The section will be organized by type of documents and language.

All Partners will be able to upload and download materials in this section.
