1.2. Relation to the work programmeVelopt is not necessarily; that closely connected, to the communication part. Yet, it still might have alot to do with communication. As Velopt, in a way: Are communication itself, as it may generate a natural response to something, based on the way it knows how other responses, have been generated.

Velopt is innovative development, of informative unit & value; batch structures. I believe that Velopt will be the final answer, and the end of all research upon innovation technology. Nobody have ever had so simple and lightweight; formulas for innovation, without worrying about any new hardware, needed. A formula for coincidences are not needed, either.

The goal of Velopt, is to be able to easilly, and automatically develop and innovate: Any chosen base information. Velopt may fall inside different research categories. For example: “Innovation of research infrastructure”. Velopt can be used for so much, when it’s finished. Practically: Anything informative.

My problem was never to develop a formula for Veloption. Becouse: I discovered a visual technique for Velopting, in 2011. The problem lies in analyzing the technique, thentranslating it, into: A 100% mathematical formula for Veloption. The latest translation is an upgrade to the .VPTx4, formula. The upgrade is named: .VPTx7, and should be able to Velopt.

1.2. Concept and approach, quality of the coordination and support measuresThe Velopt project, began 3 years ago. This means that alot of the re-search is already done. During the project research, there has been translated techniques, from: A method and procedure for easier innova-tion and development, through visually fragmenting and rearranging the chosen theme.

This, has been translated into: A mathematical formula, consisting of a platform for free nu-merical behavior. Varying the numerical base values, and their treatment system variables; according to the calculations gathered from objective #B. This should result in the possibil-ity for automatic mass innovation and development.

Numereous of both the inputs, and the final outputs; are defined. This enables the formula to calculate every question’s technical methodics and procedures, into general, contextual terminology of route systems, calculating upon batches of numerical values.

Velopt will not have an innovation or research process, relying on past science. Velopt is completely independent in that manner. And have al-ways been.

I will be holding lectures, while drawing plan sketches of Velopt’s functionality, on a chalk-board. I have a good sense of academic communication, along with experience of express-ing the advanced functionality of Velopt, before. The coder will be an inspiration of math-ematical differance, or simplicity.

We will eventually get to the pattern recognition, and systematization objective of different numerical value batch units and their operating; and attending variables of generated, or furtherly defined context. When we get there, we will set up: More or less advancedcalculations of median based pattern recognition.

This will hopefully generate a terminology system for general, technical context of methodic data treatment; and procedure tactics for innovation, and development. This final system, will act as a ultimate symbol for innovation, just like the final, ultimate symbols used in my visual Veloptions.

I am introducing the customers to Velopt, in the introduction on top of the index page @ bendiklaland.info. In the beginning of the introduction, there are 2 links to dropbox folders. These folders are containing all the research reports of Velopt, since 2011. You might want to take a look.

I would prefer a male programmer, as males are the most practically creative.

2. Impact

The main impact that we are hoping for, is: Easy, fast and automatic innovation ordevelopment; of anything, for anyone buying the software.

If everything goes as planned; Velopt will be a natural answer to venture capitalism. And original, brilliant business ideas; will become available for anyone, owning a copy of the Velopt wysiwyg-editor. The capitalistic foundry may collapse, in the very end.

Actually: Any information will become easilly available, for anyone that wants it. There might even be a chance of Velopting forth: 100% mathematically correct religion and politicalsystems. I have slightly begun innovating those two major subjects, through visualVeloption. See WPRoad.PRL & WPRoad.PDF @ bendiklaland.info.

2.1 Expected impactsInitiating a new line of technology, is already done. In 2013, i did prove my first working visual Veloption: Positivelly innovative. And it gaveresults. I have, later: Velopted out, over 100 practical business ideas and market tactics, and about 10 start-up base ideas, for research projects.

I have also, mentally tested some mathematical variants of the .VPTx4 formula forVeloption. This enabled me to assume correct answers, that otherwise would be impossible to know. Like: “When were Rammstein & Metallica’s first concerts?” With their lyrics and harmonics, as input.

Proving the mathematical .VPTx4 formula, gives the opportunity to imagine Veloptionsinside any software. However, the real big impact lies in every reasonable blueprint,being Velopted out. Blueprints, may be used for practical theories. For not to mention all the research based answers and results, that may be Velopted.

Initiating a radically new line of technology by establishingProof-of-Principle of a new technological possibility and its newscientific underpinning.

Velopt plays a key role in the innovation of Paradise states, and the myths of alchemy. Ibelieve that in the future; are Velopt: Connected straight onto some Higgs-behaviourprocessive system. Enabling communication between Velopt, and the past. Gatheringpeople for innovating Paradise as fast as possible, and being called: The almighty God.

The grade of Veloptivity of the result software, is still unsure. This has to do with thequestion: “Does it exist general, technical methodic treatment of behavior, and procedure tactics for processing context, and output-calculations?” “And, is it possible to achieve the uncovering of these unknown variables, and using them to generate output, from: Theinput’s structural behavior, of batch units?”

I am positivelly sure there are something general about innovation, as with everything else. The question, is: “How far does this innovativegenerality, span?” and “How many operative calculations ofdevelopment variables, has to be defined/generated?”

In the end: We will start to recognize and systemize the technical, general, ensembled identity-batches; of numerical values, inside contextual calculations, upon: Methodictreatment of innovative behavior, and general development procedure tactics. This part, seems as a challenge. It may even take quite a whlie to set up.

Working with the input’s ensembled batch identity, and sub-identity’s; will be done partly by hand defining, and partly through running: Technically, specially calculated differences, of bruteforce processing.

There is also: Another, rather large piece of work. Which is the information break-down part. The sub batches of different numerical values, resemble the chosen input’s context. And this may not be auto-generated inthe beginning. This has to be systematically, sorted by hand. This is a challenge; when it comes to timing it all, and not running out of time.

The calculative methods, between the input and it’s context, may be a variable; somehow depending on other context calculations, the input values, or other variables. Perhaps by defining enough inputs, outputs and contexts: Maybe some information, will self-Velopt into place. That would only work, if we had a formula for calculating: 100% correct math, inside the main operative system of Veloptive difference variables, for processing.

The key to the correct values, of these main Veloptive difference variables, might be found upon: Looking over the results from some of the first bruteforce processes. There will be a first clue for the general, average: Difference calculations, upon technically innovative methodics and development procedures.

Discovering this first clue, is a challenging obstacle, and it is vital; to achieve fluidly flowing Veloptation. However: It might be more easilly discovered. This is unsure.

2.2 Measures to maximize impact - a) Dissemination and exploitation of resultsFirst, the H2020: Test version of Velopt, is coded down into working just as described, in: .VPTx4/.VPTx4(2B)/X1-A-Y(=)B-X2/.VPTx7. This will eventually put many theories, and formulas; to their final test.

I will attempt to sell all my documents, and most royalties; connected to Velopt, for a small amount of eternal percentages. The customers; are larger organizations, or venturecapitals. If Velopt, is sold: The customer will also have to pay me, for lecturing and guiding the coders; into a second round, of developing Velopt.

This development, should be finished throughout 1 year, or less. This short period of cod-ing, consists of: Wrapping a fliexble design around it. And perfectionalizing, and hardcoding it. We will make all the variables, and contextual definitions: Editable, as a wysiwyg-editor.

There should be possible to change the information type or language, from letters; into, for example: Visual, technical blueprints. And even upon changing information type: The numerical value batches and operative, calculative context definitions, are to remain the same. These settings, may also be saved.

In the end, Velopt will be driven by some venture capital. But before that, i was thinking about letting some computer magazines know about the formula. I believe most people would find it interesting to creativelly: Browse and learn, or invent; in Velopt.

The results of developing Velopt, in H2020; will be: A system terminology of random, simple facts, displayed as inputs and outputs. The calculations between inputs, outputs andcontextual data, will be bruteforced, until they resemble: A continous layer; also consisting of smaller, defined: Informative batch units, and: Numerous different, and defined contexts.

This layer, containing many batch units; will display a correct output, based on the input information. Calculating through all the batch units. Letting some correctly defined data,affect other data; into becoming correct.

It will be possible to run reaction based recalculations of the entire layer, resulting in the correct changes affecting the output into displaying something of a higher innovative grade, than the input data. If we should get this far, we will have saved: Veloptive, operativecontinous calculations of anything, inside: General and comprehensive value batch units.

The result, is: Easy calculations, for general innovation and development. And a early test version of the Veloptive software. The calculations may be extracted, and used in research of putting together a single, Veloptive function. Like a button for innovation.

2.2 Measures to maximize impact - b) Communication activitiesThere will be held exhibitions of Veloptive art, possibly during H2020. Brochures about Velopt, and arts will be delivered here and there. Also: The net galleries, will as usual be open.

And the coders from Diskusjon.no, will pay close attention. I was also planning to let a few computer magazines know that Velopt is coming. Other than that, there will be nomarketing. This is becouse marketing is one of my weaker sides.

3. Implementation

Following, you may read the four states of work packages, increasing through time. From coding the .VPTx4, to the .VPTx7’s analysis ofgeneral innovation calculations. There is an ascendnig list of work packages. The approximate date for each package, are displayed right by it’s assigned letter.

3.1 Work plan - Work packages, deliverables andmilestones

(a. 01.01.15 - Coding down .VPTx4, a free platform for innovation.X1-A-Y(=)B-X2.

The first part is very simple. I will have no problem in explaining what the programmer is supposed to do with the .VPTx4 formula. We will leave a variable for adjusting the core functions in .VPTx4. For example: Which numerical values that are assigned to each letter. If we get enough time, we will begin to implement spacing, and other vital characters.

We will have to establish a platform for the visual, geometrical projection of the letters, and batch units. Everything has to be editable. I will sketch up ideas for the visuals, on the chalkboard. It will look like a cheap 3D-world.

(b. 01.06.15 - Typing inputs, outputs and some context, into: A table based, systematical feed sheet.

We will use Wikipedia as guideline, for the input text. Thereby, also for output and context. Correct spelling, is very important.

(c. 01.08.15 - Breaking the information down.

Describing closely, deeper into context. Marking, and grouping every independent context. And connecting the different, contextual parts by .VPTx4’s calculation engine.

(d. 01.09.15 - Analyzing, connecting and experimenting with different settings of batch calculation, during Veloptive processing of the feed sheet. General context, Velopts the output.

We will run bruteforce processes, and storing the different feed sheets. Then, we will run advanced, numerical pattern recognition, upon the feed sheets, of random batches. We will also use our eyes for spotting patterns.

The bruteforce part, will be built from the bottom of. We might be able to modify a goodpattern recognition software, for our use.

It may seem interesting to manipulate the calculations by hand. We will at least have to attempt calculations of how wide the bruteforcing will be. Then we will have to wait for the bruteforce processing, and the pattern recognition software.

We will be perfecting the software, so that others may perform Veloptions with it.

(e. 01.10.16 - Finish. There are no other deliverables, than the final .VPTx7 formula: Test software alpha.

3.2 Management structure and proceduresThe programmer will come with suggestions for how the software is to be coded. I, Bendik make the final call. However, I will stay open forideas, as i dont know how to code. I am, initially: Negative, to ideas about changing the formula structures.

As I cant code, I have to stay open for alternative coding. However, when it comes to changes in the formulas: I will say no, unless there are something genious. The formulas took very long time, to develop. So if someone wants to change them, they have to take their time, and preferably invent a brand new version, of the Veloptive formulas.

3.3 Consortium as a whole

I know that I am specially good at staying happy, joking and talking. I dont know about the coder, as i dont know who that will be, yet.However, I believe we will have a very nice time developing Velopt, for computers.

My role in the project, is to be the leader, and guiding the programmer onto a finished software. I will have to describe, in depth; the mathematical functions of the preferred code, unless the programmer already knows what code to use.

I will draw sketches, describing the .VPTx7 formula, and how it Velopts. And i will draw ideas for how the wysiwyg part, are to look like.

The everyday man, would probably use Velopt for satisfying curiosoty, and maybe innovation of business ideas, and starting points.

There are plans about requiring the customer to buy a licence for Veloptation, insidespecific fields, and sub fields. The customer would not have rights to sell the ideas, before buying a licence for it. The licence may involve taking percentages from the neworganization, and its idea.

However, there wont be possible to know which ideas, that comes from Velopt, and which who doesnt.

3.4 Resources to be committedWe will be 2 people, both working full, for 21 months with developing wysiwyg Veloptions, for machines.

We will work from home, connected to skype. The funding i am applying for, will be: 2.000.000kr. One million each, as salary for 21 months of research and development.

Bendik will always do his best, in developing Velopt in a way that there isimpossible to run Veloptive processes upon weapon research and innovation, or other negative subjects. There might be possible to exclude the general calculations, regarding weapons.

Bendik is a male research artist, versatile entrepreneur and theorist, and a traditional re-searcher. He have, for 3 years now: Been researching, and innovating this project, named: Velopt. He is the author of the Veloptive formulas, and have through this year, been slightly into other research fields. And established knowledge inside research and innovation of the future Paradise states, and the myths of alchemy. Plus its other, connected projects:

Laser, and electro magnet based manipulation of atoms, to Higgs particles: ATOMALCH.Computer electronics, directly connected to Higgs particle bahaviour: GODLINK.Software of guidance, and innovation.
