HSK Test Prep The Confucius Institute at the University of Arizona serves as the first internet-based Chinese Test Center in Arizona. The Center offers Chinese proficiency tests - Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi (HSK) - twice a year. This is the international standardized test of Chinese proficiency, approved by the Chinese Department of Educa-tion. The courses are designed for those who are preparing to take the HSK exam.
