BLOWVACC ROOTS BLOWERS IN VARIOUS INDUSTRIES

Each Rotor Of A Roots Type Blower Turns At An Equal Speed, But In The OppositeDirection To The Other. This Is Achieved By Using A Pair Of Equal Ratio Gears ToDrive The Rotors. Using This Type Of Configuration, Blowers Can Run WithoutInternal Lubrication To The Rotors, As They Never Come Into Contact With EitherThe Outer Casing Or Each Other; Thus Air Is Delivered Completely Oil Free. AsThe Rotors Turn, Air Is Drawn Into The Inlet Side Of The Blower And Travels AroundThe Outer Casing Of The Machine In The Pockets Between Each Lobe Of The Rotor.Once At The Discharge Side Of The Blower, The Air Is Forced Out And StoppedFrom Passing Back Into The Chamber By The Finite Clearances Between All ItsInternal Components. The Tiny Amount Of Air That Does Manage To Pass BackThrough These Minute Clearances Is What's Known As The Blowers "slip".

The compact study design isengineered for continuous service when operated in accordance with speed andpressure ratings.A complete range of 100% OIL FREE Air blowers is available for flow rates from25m3/hr to 10,000 m3/hr in single stage and parallel configuration for workingpressure range up to 1 kg/cm2. They are available as total package units, ready toinstall or as bare blower units for replacement.
