The Quest community wanted product-focused content, so we listened and delivered.

We hope that 2013 is treating you all well, bringing prosperity and success to all! We also hope Quest can help you meet your business goals this year. 2012 was a great year for the Quest community. Not only was COLLABORATE one of our best and highest attended conferences to date, we also launched two new conferences, PeopleSoft RECONNECT and JD Edwards INFOCUS. These micro-level, deep-dive events were in direct response to feedback we received from you, our members. The Quest community wanted product-focused content, so we listened and delivered. Read more about these annual events on page 6, and be sure to make plans to attend or send someone from your staff to the 2013 events as well. Other notable moments for Quest in 2012 were the release of the first-ever Quest written and produced whitepaper, which focuses on the trends and takeaways from the CIO Forum 2012, The Shape of Things to Come. Read the paper on page 8.

Your Quest headquarters also continued to learn about Fusion and what it means for you and your business. Following up on one of our most-read stories of 2011 was this opinion piece that also proved to be one of our most-read pieces of content for the year. You might have also noticed some changes to QuestDirect.org, namely the launch of brand-new Info Centers, one each focusing on HCM, Financials, Tools & Tech, Upgrades, and one for C-level content. Check back often as these hubs of information are monitored and updated regularly to keep fresh, timely content at your fingertips around the topics that interest you most.

This is of course just a sampling of all the great things Quest headquarters did for you, our members, throughout the last year. Look for us to build on these successes in 2013, all with the end goal of helping you strengthen and grow your business through IT. Now, take some time to browse through our Buyers Guide of Quest vendors as you plan your business and IT strategy for the coming months and years. REBEkAH SELLERSQ&A Editor
