Levels of consciousnessThe proposition that Dr. Hawkins presents in the Power vs Force book is "…the human mind is like a computer terminal connected to a giant database. The database is human consciousness itself… with its roots in the common consciousness of all mankind. …The unlimited information contained in the database has now been shown to be readily available to anyone in a few seconds, at any time and in any place."

Dr. Hawkins presents a method, using "kinesiological testing", to get an accurate answer to any question (except predicting the future) with a "yes or no; true or false" answer by accessing the sum total of human experience. Kinesiological testing is a simple procedure relating to the mind-body connection that can be performed by two people. With his research assistants, Dr. Hawkins has performed thousands of tests of the reliability of the procedure.

Using this method, Dr. Hawkins has made a logarithmic scale ranking of different levels of consciousness, from shame (20) to courage (200) to enlightenment (700 – 1,000).

Levels of consciousness Collective Consciousness: These experiments reveal that there is a higher power that connects everything and everyone. This next video clip shows you a recent, small recreation of a real Searl ring-roller system… which in this case is not powerful enough to create anti-gravity. (Ultimately you need three interconnecting sets of rings and rollers to get the effect to work.)

ROSCHIN AND GODIN DISCOVER THE KEY TO GALACTIC ENERGY FIELDS 

Searl’s anti-gravity device was duplicated by two Russians, Godin & Roschin: (http://www.americanantigravity.com/godinroschin.html or http://rexresearch.com/roschin/roschin.htm).

 They combined existing magnets together and noticed a gravitational reduction in the lab, under very controlled conditions.

"Domain walls " surrounded the device once the machine was turned on. They could be measured by their strong magnetic fields and a corresponding drop in temperature. These walls formed spheres within spheres surrounding the device itself — much like the layers of an onion.

Most of these spheres could not be seen, but a donut-shaped pink plasma was observed surrounding the device itself when it was running.

Changes in microwave frequencies?

In conventional astronomy, we measure how far away something is by the microwave frequencies it gives off. These frequencies are called "Redshift."

Dr. William Tifft discovered that these microwave frequencies are "quantized," as he called it… spaced evenly apart, with nothing in between.

earth changesOur solar system is moving along one of the outer spiral arms of our Milky Way galaxy; which as most galaxies, it spins like a pinwheel around a core of highly charged energy commonly known as a Central Sun.  So, we have our Milky Way spinning like a pinwheel, and the solar system, our sun, outer giant gaseous planets, and all the rest including planetoids and asteroids, all rotating, revolving and spinning along with the rest of the stars and planets in this outer spiral arm of the galaxy. As these heavenly bodies spin along with the rest of the spiral arm, they encounter beams of high intensity scalar electro-magnetic (EM) radiation emanating from the Central Sun of the galaxy and from the interaction of the other different celestial objects. What we have coming for our Earth in the next 25-30 years is the convergence of several of these cycles which will bring us extra amount of energy (EM, Gamma Rays, X-Rays, etc) that will likely peak on or around 2012 (end of the current Precessional Cycle that occurs every 25,920 years, and the beginning of the next one), 2015 (Peak of Gamma and X-Ray emanations as a result of the Galactic Shift that started in 1950 and will end in 2100), 2017 (possible passing of the comet Annanhutak), and 2030 (possible passing of the planetoid Nibiru also known as Planet X). earth changes Precessional Cycle of 2012: scheduled to end on December 21, 2012. Every 25,920 years, the poles of the planet Earth are aligned to a specific frequency generated by "quasars" which are large stellar bodies. On this cycle, the Earth tilts at exactly the right angle to align with these stellar bodies, which emit what are called "scalar electromagnetic impulses;"

Galactic Shift: a roughly one half of a Galactic Cycle. What to expect?The greatest changes we are seeing and can expect to see as we move into the new era of our lives on Earth are,

Changes in the genetic structure (DNA) of mankind.

Electromagnetic influence in humans

“Many animals can sense the Earth's magnetic field, so why not people, asks Oleg Shumilov of the Institute of North Industrial Ecology Problems in Russia. Shumilov looked at activity in the Earth's geomagnetic field from 1948 to 1997 and found that it grouped into three seasonal peaks every year: one from March to May, another in July and the last in October. Surprisingly, he also found that the geomagnetism peaks matched up with peaks in the number of mood disorders i.e. depression, anxiety, bi-polar (mood swings) and even suicides in the northern Russian city of Kirovsk over the same period.”

DNA ACTIVATIONSo, if this is what’s really driving the evolution of species on Earth, we’d need some sort of physical proof that DNA could change by a strictly energetic process.

This can be found in the work of Dr. Peter Garaiev. He was able to completely transform a frog embryo into a salamander… simply by shining a non-burning laser through a salamander embryo and then redirecting it into the frog embryo. No other processes were necessary… and the transformed creature grew into a full adult salamander, with none of the problems normally associated with cloning.

What is required for this DNA change is two things:

A DNA pattern transformed from a "particle" (the molecule) into a "wave" (the light beam);

A sufficiently large source of energy to transmit the information (the laser beam).

What we are saying is that these Galactic Chakras, these "spheres of activity," these "domain walls," are ultimately the creation of an intelligent, living Galactic Creator. They contain the pattern to transform all DNA on the planet, and they provide a sufficiently large source of energy to enable the transformation to take place.

This is what is happening to us now. It appears that the end of the Mayan Calendar in 2012 — the change from the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius — represents the "tipping point" from one density to another.

The privileges of consciousness
