Q: Period A: The training period shall be for a 12‐month period commencing the month of registration. Q: Location A: All sessions will be presented at the McAllen Chamber of Commerce, located at 220 Ash Avenue, McAllen, Texas 78501. Subject to change. Q: Investment / Last day to register A: $1,250.00 payable on or before the first day of training. Register by January 31, 2012 to receive a $100.00 early‐bird discount. Q: Brief Description A: Your pass entitles you to one seat at each of the scheduled programs. Who you send to each class is up to you – your pass offers you maximum flexibility. Q: How are the sessions presented? A: The sessions are delivered every other month, and on the last Monday, Wednesday and Friday of the month. Two sessions are presented per day of training; each session is half‐day in length. Subject to change. Q: What is included with my Annual Pass? A: Q: Why should our organization participate? ANNUAL PASS: The purchase of an Annual Pass entitles the par‐ticipating company to send one employee per scheduled session, for the twelve month period that commences on the first training date. There are no other rights granted. All seminar atten‐dance must occur within this time frame. Pass identification will be required when attending a seminar. FEES: Payment must be received on or before atten‐dance at the first scheduled seminar. Annual Pass fees are nonrefundable, regardless of atten‐dance. Annual passes may not be sold. Work‐shop fees are inclusive of instructional materials and refreshments. PAYMENT: All checks must be made payable to: World‐Class Training. Receipts will be issued for non‐invoiced payments. TAX DEDUCTION: Training to improve professional skills is usually tax deductible. Consult your tax advisor for appli‐cability. DRESS CODE: Casual business attire is appropriate at all ses‐sions. TERM AND CONDITIONS: All content and materials used in connection with WCT seminars are copyrighted.
