RATED GOALS

Breakfast/Lunch/ Ala Carte/Adult Sales

Each Campus has been budgeted to meet certain daily meal counts in the area of breakfast, lunch, ala carte, and adult sales. Hitting those numbers in all four categories for the month will earn your tribe major points.

Page 18: 2010 Managers Bonus Program

RATED GOALSFood cost This is a critical part of our business and

monitoring that cost is at the heart of what we do. The entire district has been budgeted for a specific food cost, but each location can work together to do there part to decrease the total amount! Accomplishing this within the months will earn your tribe lots of points.

Page 19: 2010 Managers Bonus Program

MPLH – Meals Per Labor Hour Managing labor is another crucial part of

running our business. The district as whole has been budgeted to operate at a certain labor force. Operating over this or under this can lead into potential chaos both financially and operationally.

Each campus will be set to operate at a labor tempo which will allow for maximum financial conservatism and operation output. Operating within these specified guidelines will earn your tribe many points.

RATED GOALS

an art form for all involved. Standard levels of on hands inventory run at about 1.5 weeks of inventory. Monitoring these levels and insuring accurate ordering will result in a huge financial savings to the budget. Achieving this goal will earn your tribe several points.
