Partnership Program Purpose
To develop and foster partnerships with state, local, and tribal governments;
community-based organizations; faith-based groups; educational institutions and
groups; media outlets; businesses; and other grassroots entities to increase
participation in the 2010 Census

Recruit nearly 3.8 million applicants in 2009 and 2010
Hire 1.3 million workers across all census operations
