Do you remember George Gershwin’s timeless classic, “Summertime”?

“Summertime, and the livin' is easyFish are jumpin' and the cotton is high”

Something downright mystical is happening on Colorado’s Front Range. The roots of traditional acoustic music seem to sprout from the dirt, shaking the dust into the winds of change, to be breathed in and become the soul of musicians who craft songs here. Such is the music of Wood Belly.

When the clothes become more important than the people of the kingdom, trouble brews. To help their beloved Emperor find the way back to his heart, his true friends create an elaborate “birthday suit” for the Emperor to wear for his birthday parade celebration. The Emperor quickly and humbly learns that sometimes “less is more”!
