a)Advise all personnel working in or near to protected area of possible audible or visual alarms.

b)Advice client, of any equipment, which will be switched off during the test.

c)Check that the system has been installed in accordance with the drawings or note any changes to the system against the drawings.

d)Before carrying out any further checks ensure the extinguisher system is isolated electrically and mechanically, remove all pneumatic actuators if fitted.

e)Visually inspect the perimeter of the area any possible leaks.
