One layer of 5/8” type “x” fire rated gypsum wall board on each side of the partition between the garage and house and one layer of 5/8” type “x” fire rated gypsum wall board on the ceiling of the garage.3. Vanities and Contertops

Kitchen design as per plan. Allowance for cabinetry kitchen, baths and countertop as part of pricing of home. Purchaser to visit supplier for design and choice options.

Painting

Standard interior painting. Ceilings to receive one coat primer and one coat flat, white finish. Interior walls to receive one coat primer and one coat flat (up to 3 different colors are allowed; additional colors will be priced accordingly). Trim to receive one coat primer and one coat semi-gloss finish.

Gutters Seamless aluminum with downspouts on all soffit areas. Location of gutters and downspouts to be determined by contractor.

Landscaping Contractor will final grade and spread on site top soil and seed disturbed areas.
