Painting

Standard interior painting. Ceilings to receive one coat primer and one coat flat, white finish. Trim to receive one coat primer and one coat semi-gloss finish.

Gutters Seamless aluminum with downspouts on all soffit areas. Location of gutters and downspouts to be determined by contractor.
