1) If you have not done so already then the first step is to
Request a letter from Studholme. Please email your request to
[email protected] noting “Repeat Prescription Access” in
the subject field.
Instructions Once You Have A Letter From Studholme
2) Once you have a letter from Studholme then please following the instructions below.
3) Click here to go to Repeat Prescription Registrations (Patient Access Website):
https://patient.emisaccess.co.uk/account/login?ReturnUrl=%2F
4) Click on GREEN Box icon that says “Register”
5) When the screen below appears click “YES”
6) Enter the details from the letter you have recieved from Studholme into the boxes below.

Account ID
You do not need to complete your NHS number
7) Enter your surname, date of birth and choose a password
8) Select two security questions
9) Registration is now completed (the user ID shown below is simply an example as your User ID will be unique to you).
10) You can now sign in using your Unique Account/User Number and your Password
