•2014 was the second annual Aeronautics event– Conducted during National Corporate Compliance and Ethics Week. – A national week-long event, traditionally held the first full week in May,

which highlights the importance of ethics and compliance in the workplace.

– Many companies use the week as an opportunity to raise awareness about compliance and ethics and engage employees.

•Employees can:– Meet their Ethics Officers– Learn about available Ethics resources – Find out why acting with integrity is everyone’s responsibility– See what it means to Voice Our Values

• Ethics NewsFlash sent to employees the week of the event

• Events schedule listed on the following:• InSite• Ethics Website• Velocity News Network (VNN)• Posters posted throughout the facility

• Executive Leadership Team members and Site Leadership encouraged to participate with local Ethics Officers.

• Company President to hold a subsequent webcast, where he will announce the Face of Ethics Winner and thank employees for a successful Ethics Awareness Week.
