• Sara is reserved, quiet and shy.

• She relies on facts and logic with a great attention to detail.

• Her past projections and estimations of schedule and work load has been fairly accurate.

• She plans her work and works her plan.

 Introverted Characteristics 1.Think/reflect first, then Act2.Regularly require an amount of "private time" to recharge batteries3.Motivated internally, mind is sometimes so active it is "closed" to outside world 4.Prefer one-to-one communication and relationships

Sara is a strong designer due to her good planning capabilities.

Sara is ‘Life Natural Organizer’ and is pretty suitable for the job of Designer!

Ali Ali as a Software Developer likes to work on variety of tasks, making the SW development processes easier.

Ali always looks at the bigger picture giving way to ideas & opportunities .

Ali is the ‘People are Products’ type of person

Ali gets bored easily. Ali jumps prematurely to conclusion without a thorough

analysis . Ali’s task are usually incomplete where he switches to

some other task without completing the earlier task.

Maria Maria as a SW Developer is a thinker and loves to look at all possible details.

Maria likes to conduct analysis which assists in her work of development.

Maria is ‘Life Independent Thinker’ and is pretty suitable for the job of Developer!
