COMPANY OVERVIEW

DSG International Ltd is a publicly traded company that specializes in the manufacturing and marketing of disposable baby diapers, incontinence products, training pants and youth pants. The company was established in Hong Kong in 1973. In 1984, DSG established its first manufacturing unit in California through a joint venture with French disposable diaper manufacturer but later in that year it acquired full ownership of that plant. In 1987, the company acquired the assets of the US private disposable baby diaper manufacturer which was in bankruptcy and succeeded in setting up its second manufacturing unit to serve the central, southeastern and northeastern US…
