RECOMMENDATIONSFor the Education Department: Chandigarh AdministrationsEducation Department should strive to establish our own University to have collaboration with leading Universities of the World, leading industrial or corporate houses of the country and globe. Also, such arrangement will facilitate to exchange faculty and students with the Foreign Universities; in turn our youth will get substantial job avenues and abundant exposure of the world. For the Panjab UniversityAnnual examination system is the best suited for Business Administration Course. The paper setters and evaluators for professional courses of Business Administration should be the teachers teaching professional courses. The faculty of Business Administration required to be established in the University for the democratic and holistic growth of the profession of Business Administration and research. Now, More than 50% of the affiliated colleges of the Panjab University, Chandigarh are offering Business Administration as an elective subject which is very popular among the students. A few more colleges are waiting for the nod of the university to introduce Business Administration and establish research center from the forthcoming academic session (2013-14). The board of study for Professional Courses should be separate and the members of the UG professional boards should be the teachers of Business Administration and the principals/expert having aptitude for Business Administration. To declare the results of professional Business Administration course well in time, table evaluation of answer sheets and dissertations may be got done in the Department of Business Administration or responsibility may be entrusted with any of the college running professional courses of Business Administration.
