Chapter Goals To develop members into community
philanthropists To advance Osteopathic awareness in
the community To promote scholastic excellence To support underserved communities
of the Denver metro area
Current membership: 35 student members 26 from Class of 2016 9 from Class of 2017 0 from Class of 2018
**Currently in application process
Application deadline Sept 25th, 2015; notified of acceptance Oct 10th, 2015
Actively working with administration on moving this process to mid-August
Acceptance based on application scoring Scored anonymously by two separate members Points given for service, honors, personal
statement, etc. Top 67% of applicants are accepted
Application Eligibility Cumulative GPA above 80% Top 25% of class by GPA at the time of application Must have completed two semesters of course work Good academic standing and without any Honor
Code violations Demonstrated service and community involvement
To Maintain membership all members must: Pass all clinical rotations Not incur any honor code violations 10 hours community service per year

at first meeting October 13th. Will be held by OMS-III student.

Financial Current balance: $3,077.31 Club funds generated from student fees distributed
amongst all student clubs and fundraisers (mentioned later)▪ All club members must select SSP as one of their “funded
clubs” for all semesters upon acceptance
