◦The mansion was built in 1911. It belonged to a big Kabalkin family who were Russian intelligentsia. Since the mid-20s in the mansion of Kabalkin were communal apartments.

◦In the early 90s it became the Museum of professor Alexei Nikolaevich Liberov, who was People’s Artist of Russia, corresponding Member of the Academy of Fine Arts.

◦In 1994 the studio for gifted children was opened in the mansion. Thus appeared the “Liberov Centre”.

◦In the house there are 2 floors with 10 rooms.◦ There visitors can see the works by the great Siberian artist and attend exhibitions of modern painters
