Recruitment ProcessThe employer can recruit candidate(s) by opting any of the following ways :
•Publish a Job, Search for Candidates followed by Recruiting the candidate.
•Publish a Job and Recruit Candidates.
•Search for Candidates and Recruit them.
•Take up Online Test and Recruit.

How to Recruit ?To start the process of recruitment, follow the steps given below :Logon to Control Centre from Tally.ERP 9, by pressing Ctrl+K (K: Control Centre) and enter your Tally.NET ID and Password.Enter on Jobs and Recruitments

Jobs & RecruitmentThe Jobs and Recruitments section of the Control Panel contains the following options:
•Candidate Search
•Recruitment
•Test Paper Management
•Job Management

Candidate Search • Allows you to cull out registered candidates based on specified criteria /
parameters.• Allows simple to complex search filters to extract candidates (viz., and or or
conditions) who conform to your requirements.• To search Candidates, from Control Centre screen
• Select Jobs & Recruitments or press Alt+J • Select Candidate Search option or press Alt+N• Select New Search and enter the search parameters• To view the Candidate Profile, select the required candidate and press Enter.

Recruitment• Provides complete support in recruitment process• Helps tracking of information at various stages of selection process (viz.,
Applied, Considered, Test Scheduled, Test Completed, Rejected and so on).
• Provides facility to create user-defined stages (folders) of selection to filter and record information as per your requirements.
• To recruit candidates, from Control Centre screen• Select Jobs & Recruitments or press Alt+J
• Select Recruitment or press Alt+R
• Select required Job Name and press Enter

Test Paper Management• Allows you to devise Assessment Tests based on the predefined test papers on
various topics. • Provides facility to create/design user-defined test papers on selective/entire
topics, as per your requirements.• The Test papers can be assigned to the candidates to assess the required skill
sets/product knowledge.• To manage test papers, from the Control Centre screen
• Select Jobs & Recruitments or press Alt+J
• Select Test Paper Management or press Alt+T
• Create Select the required Test Paper and press Enter

Job Management• Allows you to create and publish job vacancies for your organization.
• Allows you to define pre-requisites and preferences (viz., qualification, location, salary, language) for the different job titles.
• To create a job & publish, from the Control Centre screen • Select Jobs & Recruitments or press Alt+J
• Select Job Management or press Alt+O
• To create new Jobs, press Alt+J

Assessment• Tally.ERP 9 provides powerful capability to assess knowledge proficiency of
new candidate(s) or existing employees on various features/topics of the product.
• Provides an effective tool to analyze and select right and quality manpower.• Helps to precisely assess required skills sets / product knowledge as may be
required to perform the desired job/roles.• To assess the knowledge levels of the candidate(s), from the Control
Centre screen • Select Jobs & Recruitments or press Alt+J• Select Assessment or Alt+E

Assign Test
To assign a new test to the candidate , from Assessment Folder•Click Assign New Test or press Alt+T •In the Assign New Screen,
• Enter the Candidate Name• Enter the Candidate’s Email ID• Select the required Test Paper • Press Enter to accept and acquire Online Test ID

Take Online Test
To take online test, start Internet Explorer•In the address bar type www.tallysolutions.com\test •Enter the Test ID (which you have received while assigning new test)•Click Start Test and complete the test

Notes :
• On successful completion of the test, the candidate(s) details are moved to Test Completed folder.
• To view the Answer Sheet of the candidate(s), press A: Answer Sheet from Test Completed folder.
