Parts List

1. Makesurethebikeiscompletelycoolbeforestartingtheinstallation.Makesurethebikeissecureonarearstandorideallyaservicelift.

2. Removesidecoversandseat.

3. Removerearpassengerseat.

4. RemoveOEMrearfender.Youwillreusethefenderbolts.

5. Removerearexhaustcover.

6. Removeexhaustvalvecablesfromservounderseat.Useawrenchtoholdserverwheelinplaceorinternalgearsmaybreak.

7. RemoveOEMmufflerassembly.LeaveOEMgasketinheaderoutletforusewithTBRsliptube.

*Keepservopluggedintoharnessbutcableswillnotbeused.

8. AttachTBRmufflertoslip-ontubeusingsuppliedsprings.Applyathincoatofassemblylubebetweenmufflerandtube.

9. Removebothrearsetmountingboltsandreplacewithsupplied8x40mmsocketheadcapscrew.

10. Attachthesuppliedmountingbrackettotheinsideofframeandsecureinplacewiththesupplied8mmflangenuts.Bracketshouldbeinstalledasshowninpicture.

11. Installrubberlinedmufflerclampovercanister.

12. InstalltheTBRmufflerassemblyandattachusingtheflangebolt,spacer,andnuttosecurethemufflerinplace.

13. TightenOEMjointclamp.

14. InstallTBRfendereliminatorkitusingtheoriginalboltsandsuppliednuts,thenutswillbeinsidethebikeunderseat.

15. AttachturnsignalsandplatelightboltsusingthewirespliceconnectorssuppliedtothecorrectwiresintheharnessasshownintheWiringDiagram.

16. Re-installseatsandcovers.

17. RemoveOEMsleevesfromOEMmountandOEMmid-pipemount.

18. Doublecheckallyourwork.

19. Beforeyourunthebike,cleanoffallfingerprintsanddirt,asanyoilyresiduewilletchthemetalandbecomesomewhatpermanentwhenthesystemgetshot.Also,removeanyplasticfilmfromthenamebadge(s)andorcanisterclamp(s).Runthebikeandenjoy.Itisnormalforsomewhitesmoketoappearthefirsttimeyoustartthebike.Thisispacking/manufacturingoilfrominsidethepipeburningoff.Checkforgapsorleaks.Ifyoufindaleak,alittlehightemperaturesiliconsealantshouldfixit.After50to100miles,recheckallfastenersfortightness.
