The Dozens is a game of spoken words between two contestants, common in Black communities of the United States, where participants insult each other until one gives up. It is customary for the Dozens to be played in front of an audience of bystanders, who encourage the participants to reply with more egregious insults to heighten the tension and consequently, to be more interesting to watch. Among African-Americans it is also known as "capping", "clowning", "ranking", "ragging", "sounding", "joning", "woofing", "wolfing", "sigging", or "signifying",while the provocations themselves are known as "snaps".

Comments in the game focus on the opposite player's intelligence, appearance, competency, social status, financial situation, and disparaging remarks about the other player's family members—mothers in particular ("yo′ mama...")—are common. So what did it inspire in recent times that was trending in all social media few months back?

Ramanujam's first biographers describe him as rigorously orthodox. Ramanujam credited his acumen to his family goddess, Mahalakshmi of Namakkal. He looked to her for inspiration in his work, and claimed to dream of blood drops that symbolised her male consort, X, after which he would receive visions of scrolls of complex mathematical content unfolding before his eyes. He often said, "An equation for me has no meaning, unless it represents a thought of God”.

X is an avatar of the Hindu god Vishnu who is also the supreme god Krishna. Rig Veda describes him as “like some wild beast, dread, prowling, mountain-roaming”. He is known primarily as the 'Great Protector' who specifically defends and protects his devotees in times of need.

X-Y babies are human offspring, created through a specialized form of in vitro fertilization involving cytoplasmic transfer in which the future baby's mitochondrial DNA comes from a third party. The procedure is intended to prevent mitochondrial diseases including diabetes mellitus and deafness and some heart and liver conditions. It is the subject of considerable controversy in the field of bioethics. The procedure is not currently approved for general use in any country aside from the United Kingdom, which legalised it in February 2015.

What very appropriate yet “anti-sanskari” name is given to it?

There are many interpretations of this song: Some think this song is about someone who percieves the

world in a logical rather than an emotional way, as a X does to his work, and tries to apply this logic to the relationship he is in but soon realises that logic cannot be applied to everything and that he is feeling emotional instead and ignores the logic. Obviously he wants to try again now as he realises his mistake.

Some believe that this song meant how love is so powerful, but you dont know it until the one that you truly love is actually gone.

Some other sources states that "The X is Dan.", with Dan referring to Dan Keeling, the A&R man who signed the band to Parlophone.

A red Indian chef had three squaws in three tepees. When he came home from hunting he never knew which squaw was in which tepee because it was so dark. One day he killed a hippopotamus, a bear and a buffalo. He put one hide from each animal into each tepee, so that when he came home late he could feel inside the tepee and would know which squaw was which.

After a year all the three squaws had children. The squaw on the bear hide had a baby boy, that on the buffalo hide had a baby girl and the squaw on the hippopotamus had a girl and a boy.

Either tell us the moral of the story or why it was used for.

X wrote one of the finest novels ever to feature chess – “The Defence”.

The plot concerns the title character, Aleksandr Ivanovich Luzhin. As a boy, he is considered unattractive, withdrawn, and an object of ridicule by his classmates. One day, when a guest comes to his father's party, he is asked whether he knows how to play chess. This encounter serves as his motivation to pick up chess. He skips school and visits his aunt's house to learn the basics. He quickly becomes a great player, enrolling in local competitions and rising in rank as a chess player. His talent is prodigious and he attains the level of a Grandmaster in less than ten years. For many years, he remains one of the top chess players in the world, but fails to become a world champion.

However X is best known for his best-seller Y. In his spare time he composed many fine chess problems. Give me X and Y.

(Hints: Y sounds very Bong, no offence!!)

1. Very recently, NOIR 43, a line of fashion apparel, was launched by 2 celebrities at the Amazon India Fashion Week.

The menswear line is inspired by military uniforms and the imagery of Kolkata in the 1940s, while the women wear line reflects the glamour of that era and has a chic and sophisticated take on midi-length skirts, palazzos and Peter Pan-collared blouses.

What, however, was the main inspiration behind the dresses?
