Dashboard
• ZoomSphere Workspaces helps to separate different projects and can be shared across a company or an agency.
• Each Workspace has its dashboard which consist of variety of modules. These modules are also shareable across your team.
• Each module can be distinguished by name, color, icon or picture. Modules can be easily moved thanks to Drag & Drop feature.
Publisher Module – content calendar designed for publishing posts on social networks. Including approval process between client and agency.
Monitoring Module – monitoring of keywords on social networks, web articles, discussions and forums including setup of notifications.
Customer Care Module – solving of user's posts and questions with possibility of assigning them to colleagues. Evaluation based on Response Time metric.
CRM Cards Module - identification of leads or ambassadors with overview of past communication and activity on other social networks.
Analytics Module – analysis of data from social networks. Supported metrics: fan‘s trend, the most active users, engagement, analytics of posts and more.
Comparisons Module – comparisons of data including Interactions, Response Rate, Top Posts and more.
Report Builder Module– creation of custom reports that combines data from various modules.

• Publisher module operates as a calendar for content publishing (photo, photo gallery, video or links).
• Approval process between client and agency with status indicator (Private Draft, Waiting for Documents, To Approve, Approved or own).
• Notification and alert system for scheduling of posts. Rescheduling of post thanks to Drag & Drop feature.

• Each post is editable (date, text or image changes).
• Change of status indicator (e. g. from “Waiting for Documents“ to “To Approve“).
• Agency or client can comment each post and see history of all changes. These comments can be visible only for an agency or both (agency and client).
