Zigzag Purse By Ashley Capps I wanted a new purse for my ever day use that had a long strap that could be looped around my neck so I wouldn’t have to worry about my purse falling off every time I bent down for something. So I whipped this purse up. This is the first pattern that I’ve made available for others to use. If you find errors or have questions please contact me about them at [email protected] Thanks and I hope you enjoy! Materials 2 skeins of contrasting yarn colors. I used Red Heart Charcoal and Craftsmart White. Size 7 (4.5mm) knitting needles. Tapestry needle for tails and seams. Need to know how to use the knit st, purl st, kitcheners st and mattress seam. Abbreviations MC – Main Color CC – Contrast Color *This project has 1 salvage stitch on each side which is always knit in the main color. Directions Using your MC, cast on 62 stitches or a number divisible by 6 + 2 with the long tail cast on or the cast on of your choice.
