Dr. Sir Ziauddin Ahmed former Vice Chancellor & Rector of Aligarh Muslim University was an eminent mathematician, atop educationist and above all a very great humanitarian and benefactor of the Muslims of Indo Pakistan Subcontinent. Policies and Goals:

According to the organization policies and rules every new employee after completing three years of job they start getting the benefit of 35% medical allowance after each 3months.

Goal is to maintain their level of management to the International Standards.

Employee benefits/compensation:There are some compensation which is offered for lower level

managers like 50% off on OPD, Doctor’s fee, Consultancy, E.R, Admission, Tools, Lab tests and the medicines. The hospital also provides accommodation (hostel) on low cost for the employees that include doctors, guards, staff, etc.

Compensation is also offered to the staff for their night shifts, compensation include:
