Welded Gabions are made from welded wire mesh panels assembled with spirals, locking pins and stiffeners. Over the

years Gabions have evolved from simple functional applications such as retaining walls into today’s architecturally

interesting feature walls combining rocks or other elements, like landscaping.

Zhuoda Gabion specialize in welded gabion mesh with various sizes in the form of panels, rolls, and completed cages

(boxed with all accessories including spirals and stiffeners).

Generally you can expect 10 years life for galvanized wire, and 2-3 times longer life span for Galfan, and more than 50

years for PVC coated and stainless steel.

The diameter for Welded Gabion varies from 6# to 11#.

2) Mesh opening:

3) Surface treatment:

Electro galvanized, Hot dip galvanized, Galfan, or PVC coated

4) Production process:

Galvanized after weld, Galvanized before weld

5) Gabion dimension:

The regular Gabion dimension is 0.5 * 0.5 * 0.5 m, 1.0 * 0.5 * 0.5 m, 1.0 * 1.0 * 1.0 m, 2.0 * 1.0 * 1.0 m etc.
