What event can be more important and what occasion happier than your Wedding Day. Here at Grand Central we pride ourselves on making your wedding a day to remember. Through the help and advice of our experienced staff we will ensure the perfect wedding reception. We will help you with your choice of menu including special dietary needs together with seating arrangements, color scheme, floral decoration, entertainment or any special theme you have in mind. Included with every wedding reception package: * A complimentary glass of bubbly for the bridal party * The reception suite lay out, as you require * Printed menus * Table plans * Choice of finger buffet and wedding breakfast menus * Master of ceremonies * Table covers. To make sure everything is exactly what you want, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss all aspects of your special day offering advice from the wedding etiquette through to the speeches. On the following pages we have included our Menu Selector, suggested menus and rinks options to help plan your menu. Our staff will take care of you to leave you free to enjoy your truly magical day. Please call and arrange to meet with our Premises Manager who will be delighted to advise and assist you with the planning of your wedding day. Here at Grand Central, we have a choice of 2 wonderful function halls that will cater for every need of your special day.
Our two function halls which are called the Waverley & Haymarket Suites, which are located upstairs and are designed to seat 100 for a sit down meal. They both have their own unique layout with very own state of the art sound and lighting system, with access to your very own bar area. Each function hall is capable of holding a large capacity for your evening entertainments whether it is a disco, band or something out of the ordinary. The cost to hire each room is £250.00 for the whole day. This cost includes any re arranging of the hall for after meals or ceremonies. (if you wish to be married on the premises there is an additional cost f £100) We also have a selection of optional extras which you will find at the back of this brochure that you may want to consider or if there are any ideas of your own then please let us know and we can be sure to make arrangements for this, So take a minute to have a look at some of our amazingly priced wedding menus and drinks packages, but please if there is something else that you have in mind then please let us know so we can help arrange that perfect day.

WEDDING PACKAGE DEAL We understand that whilst this is one of the most precious days of your life, we know that it can also be an expensive one. So we have put together a package deal with caters for 50 daytime guests and 100 evening guests for a:

This Deal includes:
• hall hire of your choosen function suite • menu a x 50 for wedding breakfast
• drinks for toast x 50 • evening buffet menu a for 100 • DJ for evening reception • chair covers for daytime
• chair sashes, colour of your choice for daytime
Please note that you may take this deal then add on anything over and above 50 daytime or 100 evening but they will be charged at the standard brochure prices.

Payment details To secure your date for your dream day we require you to pay the hall hire charge of £250.00* which acts as a security deposit against the date of your choice. There on we require: 50% of the outstanding balance to be paid by 6 months prior to the event 80% of the remainder to be paid by 3 months prior to the event Full balance is payable 2 weeks before the event.
