Charity Committee Update
Our Goal is to generate charitable income through SAPC activities and donations, in order to divert that toward improving the standard of living in communities much less fortunate than those we live in. In 2018 we drilled a water well in Niger and another in Somaliland which greatly improved the lives of over 1,000 people who would otherwise have been deprived of this most basic resource. We had planned to raise funds during the 2020 IADC Golf event but as this was cancelled no new projects have been undertaken to date. We are planning a Social Event at Top Golf from which a proportion of the fees will be made available to the charity committee so we can hopefully drill another water well during 2021.
