We are motm, an experience design studio specializing in customer experience and committed to providing innovative solutions. We combine strong strategic skills, expertise in digital communication and research driven insights to deliver outstanding results. The motm team is composed of talented (and opinionated) individuals with many exciting ideas about the future of design. Our offi ces are located in Vienna and Hamburg.

As a member of our team, you will work across design disciplines and in various stages of the creative process. We are looking for someone eager to get involved in cutting-edge projects and build exceptional experiences for each of our clients.

• create top-notch interfaces and micro-interactions.• solve complex UX/UI problems and fi nd state-of-the art solutions.• defi ne and develop creative concepts to meet client and brand objectives.• collaborate with other consultants in our international network.

Relevant experience and mindset:

• Experience with state-of-the-art frontend technologies and frameworks like: ES6/TypeScript, React/Angular.js/Vue.js/Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, PHP and database systems like MySQL, version control systems: git, GitHub and Bitbucket, knowledge of build tools like Grunt & Gulp.

• Strong knowledge of User Experience Design.• A passion for design and digital products.• Experience with prototyping (e.g. Invision) .• A technical college education is a plus.

Starts immediately / Location: Vienna, Austria / Full time
