information about various employees. Your job will be to review the questions that we ask closely and then

SCRUTINIZE the biographical information and documents provided thoroughly for the information were

looking for.

We provide:

1. The company name2. The business leader's name3. A link to a PDF to search for that person4. Suggested pages to check5. A biography (if available)

You answer with:

Is this person on a committee The names of the committess they're on The position they hold on the committee The start and end dates of their committee membershipStep-by-step Instructions

1. If there is a Bio included for the person, check that first for any pertinent committee information2. Next, click on the link to open the document in Google PDF Viewer3. Check each page (be sure to check the surrounding pages as well!!) that we list for you to check and look

for the Officer and/or Director's name and any pertinent committee information you can find

4. If none of those pages have pertinent committee information, search the document for the last name of theperson

5. Lastly, search the document for "committee"6. Once you find the current committee information for an Officer or Director, answer our questions with the

information you've found.

What is a Committee?

A committee is a small group of people or MEMBERS (who all may be part of a larger

organization), whose goal is to discuss/research issues pertaining to their industry, and makedecisions or recommendations by vote.

Example:

Sometimes this information may be not totally apparent at first. In this example, the

committee information is listed in footnotes at the bottom of the page. Be sure to look for this

Joining and Leaving Dates: Please format the dates as Month/Day/Year (MM/DD/YYYY). For example, adate of 3 January 2000 would be entered as 01/03/2000

If you can only find PARTIAL DATE INFORMATION, such as month and year, enter in day as twozeros (for example, December 2012 would be 12/00/2012). If you can only find the year, enter 2 zeros for
