Yogurt in the plain, nonfat or low-fat form, can be part of a healthful diet. It is low in calories and packed with calcium and live bacterial cultures.
OurOur strained yogurt in particular which is strained extensively to remove much of the liquid whey, lactose, and sugar, giving it its thick consistency - does have an undeniable edge. In roughly the same amount of calories, it can pack up to double the protein, as the saying goes health is wealth.
LightLight as air and refreshing, made from strained yogurt and fresh milk 1.5% fat, our Frozen Yogurt is pro life as it’s full of prebiotics which help our body function well. Absolutely healthy and light as we don’t use sugar, only fructose and therefore is not fattening although it is an incredibly tasty temptation that can be safely consumed consumed by adults and children.
Yogurt is high in protein, which helps promote fullness. A typical 8-ounce serving contains 18 to 22 grams, the amount in 2 to 3 ounces of lean meat. That makes it particularly appealing to vegetarians, who sometimes struggle to get enough of the nutrient. An identical serving of regular yogurt, on the other hand, provides justjust 9 grams, meaning you may feel hunger pangs sooner.
