Yoga and Mindfulness Series WHY is everyone talking about Mindfulness lately? Research has shown that mindfulness practices, such as yoga and cultivating stillness, can significantly increase the capacity for children to learn, manage stress, manage distractions and develop a sustained sense of well being. In addition to this, there are many other benefits to yoga and mindfulness including: improved coordination, improved memory and comprehension, improved emotional management and measurable increase in feeling happier! What: 8 week yoga and mindfulness series. We will move, breathe, find stillness, have fun and reflect. We will be learning skillful tools for both school and home. Who: 2nd-5 th graders When: Wednesday morning’s 8-9am 8 Week Session: March 22- May 24 No Classes March 12 or May 17 Cost: $80 Important Details: We will begin promptly at 8am.
