Question 1:For the first graph I made a stem and leaf graph because there was alot of  data.For the second graph I also made a stem and leaf diagram because there was alot of data.For the third graph I made a Freqency chart because some of the data apeared more than once.

Question 2:I chose Years in office.The scale would start at zero.It wouldn't show any breaks.Each interval would be 2 numbers large.
