Last week we reviewed‘Resilience Boosters’ you canuse when feeling upset or angry.

It is important to recognise whenyou are feeling upset and angry- this way you know to use these‘Boosters’.

A way to do this is by using the‘Emotional Thermometer’.Strong emotions such as angerare in the ‘red zone’, and feelinghappy and content are the‘green zone’.

When you are happy or in thegreen zone, you might laugh, whistle or skip. In the yellowzone you might feel anxious inyour stomach, or slightlyworried. In the red zone, youmight feel angry, breathe heavilyand feel very frustrated.
