Year 10 End of Year Examination Timetable: Summer 2016

Important Information for Pupils & Parents

Pupils must line up in the atrium, in class groups, 15 minutes before the published start time of each exam. Pupils should present this timetable to class teachers to be excused from lessons. Unless otherwise stated, examinations take place in the Sports Hall.

When not in examinations, pupils must go to normal timetabled lessons.

Pupils must bring a black pen, plus any other essential equipment, to each examination.

Mobiles phones must be switched off and left in lockers, or handed in to invigilators at the start of each examination.

Bottled water may be taken into examinations. No other food or drink permitted.

Bags must be left in lockers and uniform/conduct impeccable at the start of, and during, each examination.

There will be opportunities for pupils to complete last minute revision activities throughout the course of the examination period. Therefore, it is vital that all pupils have purple revision materials with them in school at all times. These should be left in lockers during examinations, but taken to all lessons and tutor periods.

Full attendance in these tests is crucial. Any examinations missed through absence will be caught up in after-school sessions.
