Conduct small-group student conferences monthly during ESL teacher planning periods and resource blocks for grade conferencing, student concerns, goal setting, and sharing of community resources for ELL families.

Build relationships that offer adult guidance by assigning 1 faculty or staff volunteer to each ESL student;

Provide mentoring with bi-monthly ESL Destiny assemblies which will provide a relevant, successful community leader with whom students identify.
