How We Do Technology Procurement: “The Matrix” Our team has spent decades helping independent sales agents find the right technology providers for their clients’ individual needs. Over this time, we have sifted through hundreds of different product and service providers to identify the “Best-of- Breed” provider for each technology need we have ever been presented with. When we are 100% sure that a provider is the single best source for one or more products or services, we add them to our comprehensive vetted and recommended list, which we call “the Matrix.” As such, “the Matrix” is a “living”, ever-changing thing: - As End-User Enterprises have experiences with the providers we recommend to them, we track these experiences and make adjustments to the Matrix accordingly. Providers that our End-User Enterprise clients aren’t completely satisfied with are dropped from the Matrix. - As End-User Enterprises bring us new needs that can’t be met by a provider currently in the Matrix, we do the market research and testing to find a worthy provider that can meet that need, which we then introduce to that End-User Enterprise and add to the Matrix. - As providers introduce new products and services – which they often rush to immediately show to us – we evaluate them and add those we deem worthy to the Matrix.
