BRETT GOLD PROJECT

The original Portal Adit was

driven by Alex McPhjearson

and Al Beaton, who are part

of the Ximen mining team.

RC88-11, which was drilled down dip on the Main Shear Zone intersected 69.6

gms Au/tonne (2.03 oz Au/ton) over an interval of 71.65 meters (235 feet). Which

was three high grade pods averaged out.

Drill for structure and drift

for grade.

Surface Bulk Sample 291 Tonnes ,The values recovered by

the Cominco smelter at Trail avg 27.74 gms Au/tonne and

63.7 gms Ag /tonne. Coarse gold at surface was over 1oz.

Insufficient drilling has been done on these to define the extent of these mineralized zones or shoots in addition to the three gold bearing shear zones, several other shear zones were observed on surface. It would appear that these northwest trending shears are located roughly 50 to 60 meters apart and can be followed along strike for at least 1200 meters and occur over at least 1 kilometer in an east west direction. Indicating the possibility of at least 15 to 20 of these structures.

BRETT PROJECT ADVANTAGES 3 Styles of Mineralization

1. Veins and breccia veins

2. Disseminated mineralization in silicified tuffs

3. Shear zones with vein remnants and vein fragments

High-grade mineralization may withstand trucking costs to custom milling operation – means

quicker to permit, plus quicker and lower cost to get producing than if a mill is needed.

Evidence of widespread alteration - i.e. large hydrothermal system suggests potential for a large

deposit

Low sulfide mineralization - means reduced environmental concerns

“Simple” mineralogy - means simple metallurgy and good gold recovery (low cost processing)

Recent logging - means better access and rock exposure – hasn’t been prospected since logging

done.

Extensive data from past exploration - good database of information, detailed analysis and

interpretation is revealing multiple targets for follow-up, potential for new discoveries

Extent of previous exploration work and logging - means this is not “pristine wilderness”. May

minimize environmental concerns during future permitting and project advancement.

XIMEN TEAM • Christopher R. Anderson - President and CEO, Director

Mr. Anderson brings over 25 years of business experience with an emphasis on strategic planning, communications, and creative marketing. He has been instrumental in facilitating several millions of dollars in financings for both public and private enterprise with a recent focus on the mineral exploration industry.

• Patrick Forseille - P.Geo. - CFO and Director

Mr. Forseille has worked in the oil and gas and mining industry for over ten years. Most recently he has been Chief Financial Officer of Olympic Resources Ltd., an oil and gas producing company since 1997 and has also concurrently served as a director for various other public companies in differing capacities including comptroller and exploration manager. Mr. Forseille is a Professional Geoscientist with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting. Previously, he was employed as an accountant and geologist with Cameco Corp and Imperial Oil Resources Ltd.

• Lorne Mann - B.Comm - Director

Mr. Mann is a graduate of the University of Calgary’s Haskane School of Business as well as holding multiple Marketing, Sales and CRM certifications. An experienced Entrepreneur and Management Leader recognized for a strategic planning perspective, he has owned and operated technology businesses for more than 30 years and is currently involved in the financial services industry.

• Liana Shahinian –B.B.A. - VP International Relations

Ms. Shahinian, B.B.A., is the President of LS Global Investments Corp, a boutique corporate finance consultancy firm specializing in connecting companies with business opportunities, markets and funding in North America and specifically in Europe. She has over 12 years of progressive experience with several organizations developing corporate communications, marketing and business development strategies. In addition to strong presentation and negotiation skills, Ms. Shahinian is also fluent in four languages, including German.

• Ian Gordon – Advisor

The son of a British military officer, Ian followed in his Father’s footsteps and graduated from The Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst. It wasn’t until 1983 that Ian entered the financial realm. He worked as a stock broker in Ontario for eight years before working in Management for three more years in Toronto and Vancouver. It was 1998 when Ian determined that the Longwave Theory was too compelling to ignore any longer. He began writing the Longwave Analyst and re-entered the sales side of the business. He accurately predicted the end of the massive equity bull market and also accurately predicted the beginnings of the current gold bull market. By 2003, Ian was the #1 performer at Canaccord Capital (Canada’s largest independent brokerage firm)—a position he maintained until he left the firm in late 2005.

XIMEN TEAM • Linda Caron, MSc, Peng, MBA – VP Exploration

Ms. Caron graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1985 with an honors degree in geological engineering and obtained a master's degree in geological sciences from the University of Calgary in 1988. She worked seasonally in the mineral exploration business from 1980 to 1987, while attending university. Upon graduation, she began full-time work in the industry, working for several different major and junior mining companies and consulting firms. Since 1997, she has worked as a self-employed consulting geologist and qualified person, providing fieldwork, managerial, reporting and permitting services to clients. Her experience has covered a range of deposit styles and geological settings in various jurisdictions. She has worked extensively in the Boundary district of Southern British Columbia and northern Washington and is widely recognized for her knowledge of the geology and deposits in the area.

• Al Beaton – P. Geo. – Advisor & Active Member of Technical Team

Mr. Beaton has been actively involved in mining operations for over 40 years. Since becoming a member of the

Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia in 1974, he has over 30 years of

experience as mine manager for mining and development operations throughout Africa and across Canada. Mr.

Beaton was the mine manager for Erikson gold mine from 1979 to 1986, which, at its peak, was the No. 1 gold

producer in B.C. Mr. Beaton is also the currently the mine manager for Huldra Silver Inc., which was producing ore

from the Treasure Mountain mine in B.C. He has been president of A.J. Beaton Mining Ltd. since 1987.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in over 50 mines and civil jobs in B.C. and has thus gained a strong

perspective on mining techniques and over a wide diversity of mining projects. Mr. Beaton is a graduate of St.

Francis Xavier University (1967) and Nova Scotia Technical College (1970), BSc, engineering (mining).

XIMEN TEAM • Dr. Michael Rasmussen – Advisor & Active Member of Technical Team

During his 25 years in the mining sector, Dr. Rasmussen has served as VP Exploration for Mines Management, Inc, and Endeavour Silver Corp., and has held senior roles at Echo Bay Mines and Kinross Gold Corp. From 1990-2004, Dr. Rasmussen acquired extensive experience in Tertiary epithermal and Mesozoic syngenetic gold deposits of the Boundary District of NE Washington-SE British Columbia. He is credited with the discovery of the Emanuel Creek epithermal gold deposit (Kinross' K-4 and K-5 deposits) for Echo Bay Mines. Since 2004 he has evaluated precious metal prospects and conducted exploration programs in Mexico, Peru, British Columbia, Quebec, and the western United States.

• Fionna Devine, BSc – Active Member of Technical Team

Mrs. Devine holds a Bachelor of Science in geology (UBC) and a Master of Science (Carleton). Her experience includes regional geological mapping with both the B.C. and Yukon Geological Survey Branches, BC-based and international exploration for Teck Cominco, and more recently, geological mapping and geoscience-based consulting for a variety of companies exploring and developing mineral properties in B.C. and abroad. Her experience includes both early-stage exploration including traditional and technical prospecting based on strong geoscience, as well as deposit- and district-scale geological mapping and research. She brings a research-based focus to on-the-ground exploration.

• Bernard Swarbrick, BSc, MBA, - Advisor & Active Member of Technical Team

Mr. Swarbrick is a senior mining executive with 24 years of mning industry experience, having a unique blend of operational and project experience, starting in gold, but extending to multiple commodities, including nickel, copper, zinc and iron. In his operational role, he has worked in smelters, refineries, and open-pit and underground mines, which provides for excellent understanding of practical design and critical-to-quality project criteria. His project experience includes multibillion-dollar projects in various global and domestic jurisdictiions, including New Caledonia, Madagascar, Indonesia, South America and Canada. He has been particularly involved in key stakeholder engagement and risk management. He is a strong proponent of building effective and successful teams. In Mr. Swarbrick's increasingly senior roles through management and corporately, he has demonstrated abilities to provide practical and sustainable solutions to project/operational environments.

• John May – Advisor & Active Member of Technical Team

Mr. May recently retired from his position as Senior Geologist at Kinross Gold’s Republic operation. Through his 30 years of experience, Mr. May has accumulated a detailed familiarity with the epithermal god deposits in the region. Mr. May is assisting the compilation and interpretation of the GIS data for the Brett property to support identification of exploration targets.
