FROM THE CHAIRMAN’S DESK

Dear Client,

I welcome you to join in our mission in bringing the logistic business to a great extent.

“Travel”, as you know very well, is like blood for sustenance of the globe. The roads are the veins of the globe and travel is the blood running on it. When people stop run from one place to another, the world will stop running from its orbit.

Travel connects people, although different modes of communication exist, a personal travel is still unmatched, which gives a person so much of happiness.

The days of tiresome travel are now gone. Each individual needs comfort while travel, where each company needs its employees to travel safely and happily, so that they feel comfort and comes to work with zeal after travel.

OM SAKTHI TRAVELS PRIVATE LIMITED, popularly called as OST, is known to every person who makes road travel in South India. OST now runs about 500 buses for the leading IT majors like Infosys, TCS, HCL, Accenture etc. and other major corporates like FL Smidth, in Chennai and in other parts of South India, to carry their employees safely, happily and on time to their destined spot, be it their work spot or their home. Safety and Punctuality have been the moola mantras for OST all these years, and that is what has resulted in so much of success.

I am sure that the investors’ equity will grow with the company, which satisfies the needs of both the investors and the company.

The main benefit in involving in this project is that there is no gestation period involved in it, as the company is already an active participant in the industry, able to buy buses immediately and already has agreements and road licenses to its credit.

The need of the hour for the company is to pool the resources to get succeeded in its endeavour.

SCOPE OF WORKServices

Providing complete logistics Services In 24/7 operation for the client Provide reliable, failsafe and cost efficient support services Roistering / Scheduling Economical Routing and Planning Monitoring, Controlling & Reporting Tracking the vehicles to ensure all the vehicles reaches first point and office on time Issuance of trip sheets and getting acknowledged of the same Keep updating the clients about the day to day operations To ensure vehicle cleanliness is maintained as per the standards Bills will be submitted on 1st of every month for payment To make sure that any absence of drivers doesn’t affect the job routine

Safety & Security

To make sure no female staff get dropped last Providing ID Card & Uniform to the drivers Driver’s Personal information sheet with photo and thumb Impression will be submitted to the management Priority for high safety & quality standards Continuous training & up gradation of the drivers to meet the demand of our clients Ensure all the operation functions fall under Transport policies. Speed Limitations Periodic checks will be made to ensure that the vehicles are maintained and free from breakdowns Maintaining a clear record of drivers / vehicle which been provided for your transportation requirements To ensure all the vehicles are with spare tyres with running conditions to avoid breakdowns General health check up will be done for drivers on quarterly basis To ensure all the vehicles are provided with First aid box with necessary medicines To ensure the headlights, Wiper, AC, Stepney, Brakes, Oil are working fine in the vehicles on daily basis6

Management & Administration Participating in all the meeting called for by the clients on Periodic basis Reviewing of transportation issues on periodic basis Discussion with Client management to review their problems and resolving their issues related to Logistics Motivating the drivers for better standards and quality of work Monitoring the shift timings of the drivers Reporting to the management on the day's activities and Scheduling the activities for the next day To ensure the day scheduled activities are carried out and completed successfully Checking daily logs and reports maintained by Helpdesk Executive Ensure all the documents are prepared, checked and authorized by the concerned manager

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT

OST will always depute vehicles as per company requirement

OST shall ensure that all drivers put into service for the company maintain all documentation like Registration, State Permits as applicable, Road Tax receipts in original and PUC Certificate. Further they shall make available these documents on demand.

The vehicles will have fitness/roadworthiness certificate from the competent authority and the same is to be made available on demand.

Only commercially registered vehicles (contract carriage) will be put into service for Company unless specifically permitted by Company.

OST will abide by all Statutory Obligations under the Motor Vehicles Act of 1988 as amended by the Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, 2000.

OST shall strictly adhere to the timings intimated by Company failing which the penalties will follow.

OST shall ensure that the route given by Company shall be adhered to and no deviation whatsoever is made without the prior consent of Company transport department. Also, OST ensure that there is no unauthorized use of the vehicles other than the given schedule by Company.

The Drivers of OST shall not pick up any unauthorized passengers before, during or after finishing the given route.

OST shall ensure that all the vehicles, which are put to the service of Company , are equipped with the basic minimum requirements namely; First Aid kit, Torch, List of important Telephone Nos. of Vendor/Ambulance/Police/Fire including the Contact numbers of Company with the names of the persons to be contacted in case of emergency., basic tool kit, spare wheel, Fire Extinguisher,etc.

OST shall forward a daily maintenance schedule to Company and ensure that the vehicles are maintained in a neat, clean and presentable manner at all times.

OST shall ensure that all drivers in-charge of pick-up and drop services for Company have a minimum qualification of matriculation, should be able to read, write and comprehend English, they are courteous with service oriented attitude, minimum three (03) years driving experience. Further they must be in proper uniform at all time during duty and shall not ply the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or tobacco at any time during duty nor allow any of the passengers to do the same.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT

OST shall provide round the clock Supervisor for better and smooth running of the vehicles, which will interact and coordinate the move of the vehicles as per the Transport Department of Company.

OST shall conduct police verification and antecedents check of all drivers before placing them on Company routes and forward the copies of the same to Company for your records.

OST shall ensure that all the drivers shall not exceed the speed limits as prescribed by the transport/traffic department.

OST shall ensures that Routing & Scheduling being carried

OST shall ensures that Maintenance of vehicle being scheduled on weekly basis to ensure NIL breakdowns

OST shall ensures that Fitness certificates for drivers will be provided once in three months

OST shall ensure that MIS reports been submitted to Company on weekly basis

OST shall ensure that bill will be submitted within 3rd of every month without error

OST Shall ensures that reconciliation of statement been carried out on monthly basis
