NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council intend not less than seven days

from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic RegulationAct 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.The proposed Order is necessary so that work to install a drainage system to the property

known as Penrallt-y-dre can be carried out in the narrow carriageway.The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic, other than exemptedvehicles, from proceeding along that section of Pen-y-Rhiw, St Dogmaels, from its junction with

the access lane leading to the property known as Lusty Glaze, north to its junction with theaccess to Penrallt-y-dre.The alternative route for traffic will be via the class III (C3144) St Dogmaels to Waunwhiodroad; the class III (C3139) road from Waunwhiod to Pantygalchfa, and the class III (C3029)

Moylgrove to St Dogmaels road.It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect onMonday 20th October 2014, and remain in force for a duration of approximately 3 weeks.

Pedestrian access will be maintained together with vehicular access to properties located either

side of the works area.The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 12 months as a contingency should the

the field. The path then heads diagonally across the field in a North, North Easterly directionfor approximately 235 metres, before reaching a pedestrian gate at point B (OS grid reference

SM 94018 29908) Through the gate, the path then turns immediately left, and heads West forapproximately 30 metres, to then meet the definitive line at point C (OS grid reference SM93984 29910) as marked on the Order map by a continuous bold black line to a line

boundary fence, to then meet the definitive line of the path at point B (OS grid reference SM92837, 29865) as marked on the Order map by a continuous bold black line.to a linecommencing from point X (OS grid reference SM 93333, 30047) through the field gate at the

roadside from the B4331 (St. Davids Road) and head in a South Westerly direction, runningalong the existing lane for approximately 425 metres before turning to a Southerly directionand reaching a field gate at point Y (OS grid reference SM 92925, 29925) After passing through

the field gate, the path then enters the field, then immediately turns to a South Westerlydirection and proceeds for approximately 100 metres, to then meet the definitive line at point B(OS grid reference SM 92837, 29865),as marked on the Order map by a broken bold black line.
