INSPECTION CARRIEDOUT:-

Stringing of pipes upto chainage 7540 metres (0 to 1675, 1825 to 4200, 4800 to7000, and 8000 to 9300) checked.

Weld visual check of 152 jointsdone and found acceptable.

Welder Mr.Sajil(welder no 14) tested for WPS-6. Radiography reviewed and foundacceptable. Hence, the welder gets qualified for WPS-6.

Radiographs of 223 jointsreviewed and 182 joints found acceptable. 24 joints tobe repaired.

Welders Pravin(welder no 2) and Vinod Kumar (welder no 12) disqualified due topoor performance.

Coating of 125 joints accepted.

STATUS OF WORK.10 MAIN LINE:

KM-00 Total 395 joints welding completed, visually accepted. Radiography of 367joints reviewed and 314 joints accepted. 39 joints to be repaired.

Coating of total 270 joints accepted.

LOWERING OF 10 MAI N LIN E:

Lowering of 722 metres from chainage 139 metres done. Level check and backfillingof first 406 metres done.
