Introduction

The design and development of the TECRINO project assumed that creativity could be taught,

for this reason, this project aimed to develop appropriate courseware for improving the

awareness of teachers and students about the mental processes and educational techniques

required by the concept of “education for creativity”.

In this context, the dissemination of the activities and achieved results, the transfer of

knowledge, the creation of awareness about the solutions and their applications, the

involvement of the stakeholders, and the sharing of the methodological tools was key factors

and represent an integral part of the work of the project.

The Dissemination Plan has been elaborated to guarantee that the following objectives would

be achieved:

Raising awareness of the target groups/relevant stakeholders that the partnership is

searching for solutions regarding the severe socio-economic problem in Europe. These

will ensure the survival, further development and sustainability of businesses in Europe.

Contribute to the development of quality lifelong learning by identifying and improving

Personal and Social Competencies in KETs sectors to ensure high performance and

innovation and develop efficiency.

Raising awareness that answers can be and are found: best practices which are worth

further consideration as they are proven and have paid off elsewhere, are adaptable

and developable according to and depending on local special features.

1. Target Groups / Audience

During the project, partnership has a particular effort to disseminate the project to

professionals involved in the E&T systems as teachers, trainers, consultants, training technician,

academics and researchers.

On the other hand, actions was carried out in order to promote the participation of learning

communities, formal and informal networks whose theme is in alignment with the theme of the

project. In fact, the participation of networks was important for the sharing and knowledge

production, and enabled greater visibility of activities to level which involved decision-making,

policy makers, researchers and all organizations whose enrol in lifelong learning. The

registration in European Databases (ADAM, EVE), Knowledge Resource Centres was also an

added value as well as the production of papers and scientific articles (University of Galati).

Promotional and Dissemination activities was developed, with the intent of allowing the practical

results to effectively be known, catalysing these in a significant number of interested

institutions during the experimentation of the products. Therefore the dissemination strategy

was designed specifically to give visibility to the project, especially within those institutions that

operate in the education and training domain. Other important aspect is to show the high value

of the outcomes in the ambit of the LLP and its potential transferability to other organizations.

Last but not least, the added value of this project could generate a significant impact namely in

terms of the Lifelong learning policies. In this way, the benefits and the lessons learned should

be demonstrated to the policy makers and decision makers.

For this purpose, the dissemination plan was developed in line with the primary target groups

whose was the end users of the outcomes of the project and secondary target group, which

includes organizations which the result of the project can generate a significant impact,

including policy and decision makers.

Primary Target groups:

Academic, professors and education staff namely in the engineering sector

Professionals of VET system, teachers and trainers, namely in the engineering sector

Learners and students which is undergoing the level of education and training, from the

level IV to VIII.

2. Dissemination activities

2.1. Communication Material

In order to reach the different target groups identified, the following communication material

was produced.

2.1.1. Project Website

In order to spread the added value of the project as well as its outcomes, Tecrino uses different

tools. The most important source for any information about the project is the project website,

which aims to keep both, project partners as well as the general public, up-to-date with the

project.

A website for the project was conceived in English http://www.tecrino-project.eu/, which can be

accessed through each partner’s website, and include all the information related to the

theme of the project. Products are also available and all dissemination material. The partner

Inercia Digital conceived the website and has been continuously updated, in particular the

contents related to the news, e_learning platform, assessment and public events.

In order to monitor closely the interest in the project, web statistics have been implemented,

providing useful information on the traffic, the total page views, the visitors (unique or

returning), the time spent per page, the search items that have led to the Tecrino web site as

well as the search engines used (see annex 1) which provides the actual statistics of the

TECRINO web site.

2.1.2. Project leaflet/Flyer

Two project leaflet/flyer as prepared and translated to each partner language: the first one

provides comprehensive information, introducing the project’s objectives, activities and the

partnership, as well as the project website. The second presented the project’s concrete

outputs and results and was delivered in the Final Conferences. The flyer are available in the

Tecrino’s website: http://www.tecrino-project.eu/repository.

2.1.3. Newsletter

Two newsletter was elaborated and translated to each partner language. The newsletter

circulated among the network of stakeholders from each partner, reporting on the project’s

activities and events, as well as provide information about upcoming activities, project events,

etc. The first newsletter was done in November 2014 (annex 2) and the second newsletter was

delivered in January 2016 (annex 3). The publication of the newsletter had some delays but

didn’t compromise the project, in fact, to do the second newsletter at the end of the project

was more complete, with the description of the final conference, the outputs and the

presentation of the training made by each partner. In other hand, an additional newsletter was

conceived before the final conference (in 30-10-2015) to promote the widespread of this

international initiative (annex 4)

2.1.4. Press Releases/PR Articles

A press release was written for each important event within the project, at least two per

partner, which was published in the local/regional media.

The following press releases/articles was published by partner:

Conclusion

The Dissemination strategy started with the elaboration of a standardized dissemination plan to

be followed by all partners, as well as the definition of the partners’ roles and participation in the

communication of the project’s results.

The coordination of the WP Dissemination was done by Epralima, in conjunction with Hamag

Bicro. the Epralima’s role was to conceive the dissemination plan, monitor, report and adopt all

necessary procedures to ensure the prosecution of the activities planned by the partnership. In

the other hand, Hamag Bicro conceived, collected the information, contents and design in order

to ensure the quality of the materials for the dissemination.

Apart of this, the partnership participated actively in this work package: translation the

information, giving inputs to the management of the contents as well as the promotion of the

dissemination in their geographical area.

Epralima conceived a dissemination plan which integrate all information necessary to the partners

be informed about their role and responsibility for the prosecution of the dissemination. In this

point of view, the following plan was presented and validate by the partners (see dissemination

plan in the annex 22):

Activities plan and its indicators;

Contents plan for the dissemination;

Dissemination Tools and events for the Tecrino;

Deliverables’ plan

In the other hand, The partner HAMAG Bicro conceived de logo of the project and the applicant

the visual identity of the project. All partner must to do their communication support with common

templates and design.

In order to ensure the fulfilment of the activities by the partnership a monitoring and reporting

system was conceived to measure the effectiveness of each dissemination activity. In quarterly

intervals, partners was asked to provide information on the following aspects: dissemination

channel used, type of material, Dates/Period of dissemination; Target group involved, etc.

24

This project has been funded with support from the European Commission.

This publication reflects the views only of the author, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein.

Based on these criteria, partners were required to report every three months on their activities.

The template was sent by Epralima, which proceed the revision in the course of the project to

reflect changes in dissemination requirements. Epralima was responsible for monitoring the

feedback and, if necessary, reminding the partners to report back. For this task, partners reported

their dissemination activities by using the “Dissemination Reporting Template” and a “Publications

Activities Reporting Template” (annex 22). After this feedback Epralima will report the balance of

the dissemination activities to the partners of the project, giving suggestion for the improvement

of the dissemination. In this ambit, an Interim dissemination report was elaborated in the middle

of the project (see annex 22) and the present final report.

The monitoring of the project was very difficult, because of different levels of commitment of the

partnership. The sending of the quarterly reports was done just in the periods before the interim

and final report, which make difficult an effective monitoring of the dissemination in a proper

time. However, regarding the indicators established by the dissemination plan, all activities and

goals was achieved in the most part of the indicators planned.
