SMALL GROUP BIBLE STUDY TO BEGIN
Beginning on Tuesday, April 12, Noon — following our Prayer Group, we will start a new Bible study called “Continuing the Journey.” This Bible study will be undertaken as we continue to move toward transformation for our congregation. Developed by our own Disciples Home Mission, the Bible study is designed to help congregations who have committed them-selves to the process of transformation, seeking ways to follow God’s guidance into the future. There are three cycles to the study, each cycle containing 7 sessions. Cycle One: Through the Wilderness contains these 7 sessions:
• Session #1 Transformation Begins and Grows in the Heart (Deuteronomy 6:4-9, Leviticus 19:18, Matthew 22:34-46) • Session #2 God Speaks and Transformation Happens (Genesis 1) • Session #3 Moses – Prepared and Awakening (Exodus 2:1-23) • Session #4 Moses – In the Wilderness (Exodus 3 1:17) • Session #5 Gift of Manna – Food for the Journey (Exodus 16) • Session#6 Good Leaders Don’t Just Happen (Exodus 18) • Session #7 At the Edge of the Promised Land (Deuteronomy 8 &10:12-
22) We’ll conclude Cycle One on Tuesday, May 17.
An evening session of the study will be offered if there are at least 3 or more who would be interested in getting together for the study. Please complete the on-line registration for the evening session at

If you’ve wanted to be a part of the Tuesday morning group, but Tuesdays just didn’t work for you, come pray with us on Saturday, APRIL 2! ~Hosted by our Elders Prayer Ministry
