The World Football Gala is an event organized by the InternationalFederation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS) and MatchworldFootball SA.

The IFFHS was founded in 1984 in Germany. This is an organization of historical and statistical studies on football.

The IFFHS chronicles very precisely the history of football and hasdeveloped a very sophisticated and scientific system of calculating the bestperformances realized by players or coaches in their professional activitiesover a specific period.
